Post 2 Profits — Client Case Studies

Client proof · Local service businesses

Most owners run their lead flow like a coin flip.
We build it like a system.

Post 2 Profits builds lead generation, sales follow-up, and the operational capacity to hold it — for roofers, landscapers, auto shops, and the trades. Here's what that looks like in practice: real owners, real campaign data, in their own words.

50+ niches served Meta ads · follow-up · operations Done-with-you or done-for-you

What actually gets built

Three parts, in this order

Leads are step one. Most jobs are lost after the lead comes in, not before — so we build the follow-up and the capacity too.

Where we start

Marketing & lead flow

Qualified leads from Meta ads, week after week, so your calendar stops depending on who your last customer talked to.

So leads convert

Sales process

Speed-to-lead, follow-up sequences, and a real closing process. The leak is almost never at the top of the funnel.

So it lasts

Operations & scale

More work breaks a business that isn't set up for it. We fix the intake, the routing, and the parts that run through you.

In their own words

Nobody handed them a script

Six owners, on camera, talking about what changed in their business.

Auto Care Garrett · Ride Revive $605 in ad spend, about $7,000 back — running at $20/day.
Tree Service Kyle · Primetime Pruning A 70-tree property inside the first 48 hours of a new ad.
Legal Tatiana · Law Firm From a local practice to a nationwide client base.
Landscaping Corey · Rocky Mountain Landscaping Booked out solid.
Mobile Detailing Raheem More booked details, less chasing.
Meal Prep MEP Known across the valley.
The results have been really good. We've got a lot of great feedback on the quality of the video. We did land a couple of projects, which was very helpful. And we're looking forward to continuing the process and really learning how to utilize social media ads. David — landscaping contractor, Treasure Valley · four months in

Asked whether social media actually delivers jobs worth having, he put it this way: “We had a target audience — Zack helped us set the target audience. We were able to respond to inquiries and likes over Instagram and sort of vet our clients there, followed up with a phone call. Then we were able to determine whether or not projects were worth following up on.”

Launched a new ad on Wednesday. In the first 48 hours I've received 3–4 new leads… one had over 70 trees on his property. Thanks Zack and team — LFG!

Live campaign data

Four campaigns, tracked lead by lead

Every lead that comes in gets logged — answered or not, booked or not, closed or not. That's how we find the actual leak. Here's what four live accounts look like.

Every number on this page came out of a live ad account

Nothing here is a projection or a round-up. Ad spend is read straight from Ads Manager; revenue is what the owner told us, and every figure below says which it is. If you want to see any of it inside the ad account on a call, we’ll screen-share and pull it up.

28 leads in 19 days — and almost all of them picked up

Jordan's Facebook lead form fires straight into a Slack alert, so a new lead hits his phone the second it lands instead of sitting in a dashboard overnight. That's the whole reason the answer rate looks like this. Most local campaigns leak here first — the leads arrive fine and nobody reaches them in time.

Ad spend $461.23 Ads Manager · Jul 1–19, 2026
Result 28 leads logged in a shared tracker
Return $16.47 per lead · $461.23 ÷ 28

Traffic quality — 85.7% reached by phone (24 of 28) · 2.00% click-through vs 1.8% KPI · $20.89 cost per 1,000 impressions

Every lead is logged by name, date and outcome in a shared tracker, so Jordan can see exactly where each one stands rather than guessing at whether the ads are working.

$263 in ad spend, $6,300 back out

Tristen had been pitched by marketers for years and never bit. We built the creative and launched at $16/day across Star, Nampa and Middleton. Traffic came in well under benchmark on both cost and click-through. Fourteen days in, he'd made back his entire investment — what he paid us and what he'd spent on ads. By week three the shop had turned $263 of ad spend into $6,300 in revenue.

$600 in, $5,700 out — on the first campaign

Impressions landed at roughly a quarter of the going rate for the market and clicks came in well above the rate we hold campaigns to, so the traffic was cheap and it was the right traffic. Fourteen days into the first campaign that turned into $5,700 in revenue — about nine and a half dollars back for every dollar spent.

$763 in ad spend, $25,000 back out

Aaron sells one thing — James Hardie ColorPlus siding — and he sells it to homeowners who already want the premium product, not the cheapest bid. We built a lead-form campaign across the Treasure Valley aimed at homeowners 45 and up, with the form itself doing the qualifying: property type, project scope, repair-or-replace. Seven leads came through in the first seven days at a click-through rate above the 1.8% we hold ourselves to. Siding is a high-ticket trade, so the math turns fast — that launch week returned $25,000 in booked work on $763 of ad spend.

Where this has run

Same playbook. Different trades, different cities.

We've run this in more than 50 niches. The system isn't local — the problem is. An owner-operator invisible to the people ready to buy this week looks the same whether he's putting on roofs or detailing cars.

The through-line

Make your growth a system — not a coin flip

We take on a handful of service businesses at a time, because we build the machine with you — or for you — and that takes real attention.
